For what purpose and on what basis we process personal data

Lemaire Legal processes your personal information for the following purposes only:
-To be able to call or email you if necessary to carry out our services
-To inform you about changes to our services and products
-Lemaire legal also processes personal data if legally obliged to do so, such as information we need for our tax returns.

Automated decision-making

Lemaire Legal does not take decisions on the basis of automated processing on matters that may have (significant) consequences for individuals. These are decisions taken by computer programs or systems, without a person (e.g. a Lemaire Legal employee) in between.

For how long do we store personal information

In this copy, make your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service (BSN) black. This to protect your privacy. We respond as quickly as possible, but within four weeks, at your request.

How we protect personal information

Lemaire Legal takes the protection of your information seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unsolicited disclosure and unauthorized alteration.
