As an independent legal professional with experience in both public and private organizations I provide a wide variety of legal support, such as drafting and screening contracts and advising on different legal matters, with a strong focus on intellectual property law, company law and data protection.

During the past years I have gained considerable experience in the field of legal aspects of clinical trials and scientific research, public private partnership, technology transfer and the incorporation of start-ups, while I have been equally working as general in-house corporate counsel.

I am available for occasional legal support and as project or interim in-house counsel in the southern region of the Netherlands.
